New-to-me authors I would read again: Adele Ashworth
Comments
- Megan Hart – Deeper
- Jim Butcher – “Codex Alera” series, #1-4
- Adele Ashworth – Winter Garden – basically my opinion about this novel stayed the same as in this comment. Sadly the novel wasn’t the wowzer I expected but I’m glad I had the chance to read it.
- As for Megan Hart’s novels – I actually liked Switch better than Naked although Naked was much more a romance (as far as you can say that about these novels) than Switch. But I thought the couple in Naked lacked chemistry and Alex stayed as much a mystery as he was in Tempted. I also thought he got the short end of the stick (compared th what he had in Tempted) because the romance felt tepid. I liked Switch better because I thought it the more interesting novel thanks to the premise. These two novels didn’t work as well for me as the other novels I’ve by Megan Hart but I still enjoyed reading them both.

How’s Final Fantasy XIII going? 😛
Sounds like you had a so-so reading month, but at least, you didn’t buy any books! 😛 So you’re in the negative, still 🙂
I’ve read a few books by Ms Hart and while I enjoyed them, I don’t know… She’s not an author that I’m looking forward to. Too bad I guess. Can’t force these things.
nath – thanks for asking after FF XIII! ^^ I’m sorry to say it isn’t going so well. I don’t know, I can’t seem to get into it… 😦
Oh LOL, I forgot to list: TBR pile: -3! It would have looked so good. *g*
No, you can’t force them. I really like her voice and the kind of stories she tells (more “real” than some of the contemporary romances) but these two novels…as I said, we didn’t click completely.
You have Lego Indiana Jones adventures for the PS3?
OMG you’re adorable! ^_^
Christine – LOL! Thanks. 😀
The game is a lot of fun. You should try it. 😉 I love how they turned scenes from the movie into game scenes. And when I recognize them!^^
